Gary Cottle is a 25 year local Upper Hutt veteran living breathing and having fun in and around the top of the valley.
He has an extensive understanding of the local community and has become very passionate about the place he lives and works in.
Including all of the successes he has had working in Real Estate he has bought and sold a handful of his own personal properties in the area which gives him experience as a vendor and purchaser enabling him to understand all sides of the home buying and selling process.
He brings 30 years of Sales and Marketing experience to his role in Real Estate which enables him to ensure his clients grab the best opportunities they can to expose their property to prospective buyers.
Gary has spent many years managing, coaching and convening rugby including managing and co coaching a 1st XV team. And into 2020/21 he will be doing the same with the UH Rams Colts.
His family of which he is very passionate about has grown up in Upper Hutt in the place he calls home. He loves to get up early and go for a run to regularly enjoy the ambience in and around Silverstream and Pinehaven.
